REFUNDS |
|
Deposit less $10.00 will be refunded if cancellation is made at
least 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise a credit will be
issued for that year.
For seasonal deposit refund, we must be notified by
February 1st if you are canceling a seasonal site. |

RESERVATIONS
Minimum Weekend Reservations - 2 Days.
Minimum Holiday Weekend Reservations - 3 Days.
A deposit of one half the length of stay (up to one week) is required.
Full amount required for holiday weekends.
Reservation deposit holds site only until 10:00AM of last day covered by deposit.
Deposit must be received within 7 days or the reservation is
automatically cancelled.
